The Counties of Maryland
Located at the head of the Chesapeake Bay on Maryland's Eastern Shore, Cecil County is found in the northeastern corner of the state. It borders New Castle Co. Delaware to the east and Pennsylvania's Chester and Lancaster Counties to the north. Cecil's western border, the Suquehanna River is shared with Harford Co., MD. The Sassafras River forms the southern border with Kent Co.
